No Onboarding Access:
Haill.ai does not require or request onboarding access to your device or data beyond what is strictly necessary to provide our services. All data collection is performed with your explicit consent, and you remain in control of your information at all times.

• Content Ownership: All content, including logos, designs, texts, graphics, images, and other components provided on or through Haill.ai are the property of Haill.ai or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
• User License: We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Services in compliance with these Terms.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Liability Limitation: In no event shall Haill.ai, its developers, affiliates, or associated parties be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.

8. Payment and Subscription Billing

• Subscription Model: Certain features of Haill.ai require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as indicated at the point of purchase.
• Billing Terms: Subscription fees will be billed on a recurring basis (monthly, annually, or as specified) using your designated payment method. Fees are subject to change with prior notice, and continued use after any price adjustments indicates your acceptance of the changes.
• Cancellation Policy

For Individual Users

Individual users may cancel their Haill.ai subscription or close their account at any time by emailing info@haill.ai or using the account management features available within the platform. Upon receipt and processing of your cancellation request, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing cycle. Please be aware that, unless required by law or specified in a separate agreement, subscription fees already paid are non-refundable, and any outstanding charges will remain due for the remainder of the subscription term.

For Organisational Users

Organisations using Haill. ai under a business or enterprise agreement may terminate their subscription by providing written notice to info@haill.ai by the terms outlined in their service contract. Unless otherwise stated in your agreement or required by law, all payments are non-refundable, and any commitments for the current subscription period remain in effect through its conclusion. Early termination does not exempt the organisation from payment obligations already incurred.

General Information

Cancellation requests are effective upon confirmation by Haill.ai. Access to subscription services will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, after which paid features will be deactivated. • Payment Failure: Non-payment or declined charges may result in restricted access to Services or account suspension until outstanding fees are resolved.

9. Device-Specific Settings and Configuration

• Device Requirements: Haill.ai supports a range of devices with varying camera resolutions and processing capabilities. Users are encouraged to review the hardware requirements published on our website to ensure device compatibility and optimal performance.
• Settings and Calibration: The platform may require device-specific settings adjustments. Detailed configuration guides are provided within the platform and user support resources. Users are responsible for updating device software and ensuring that the environment meets recommended standards (e.g., consistent lighting, stable mounting of the device) to ensure proper data capture. In cases where device performance may affect monitoring accuracy, Haill.ai will offer tailored recommendations or adjustments in the interface settings, which are documented and updated periodically.
• Support for Device Variability: While we strive to maintain high accuracy across all supported devices, the performance may vary due to inherent hardware differences. Haill.ai is not liable for any discrepancies in service quality resulting from device-specific limitations.

No guarantee is made that maintenance procedures or updates will be free from interruptions; however, we aim to resolve any issues promptly.

11. Modifications and Termination

• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify these Terms, the functionality of the Services, and any associated policies at any time. The modified Terms will be posted on the platform, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
• Termination of Access: We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services immediately and without notice if you breach these Terms or if such action is necessary to protect the platform’s integrity or security. Termination of your account may also ensue in the event of non-payment or fraudulent activity.
